chewable tablet: creatine monohydrate (51.25%), bulking agent sorbitol, vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated , origin rapeseed), starch, flavoring, acidifier citric acid, release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, sweetener sucralose.

Effect
*Riboflavin, niacin and magnesium help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function. Thiamine, biotin and niacin contribute to a normal energy metabolism. Magnesium, biotin and vitamin B6 contribute to normal mental function.

Intake
A daily unit consists of an ampoule with 25ml of liquid (liquid) and two chewable tablets, which are located in the lid of the ampoule. Simply chew the two citrus-flavored chewable tablets out of the lid well and swallow about 5-10 minutes before going to bed. Then drink the liquid from the ampoule and sleep promptly.
