Ingestion
Simply spray one or two sprays directly into the mouth as needed about 30 minutes before going to bed.

Application
To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: Spray 2 sprays directly into the mouth as needed about 30 minutes before going to bed (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin).

Against jet lag: Spray 1 spray directly into the mouth before going to bed. A positive effect is achieved if at least 0.5 mg melatonin (= 1 spray) is taken in on the day before departure and on the following days at the destination with a time difference.

Intake
For an optimal effect, we recommend taking one capsule per night with some liquid about 30 minutes before bedtime.

Application
The application is based on personal needs. SLEEP+ capsules are free from habituation effects and are suitable as a natural dietary supplement for long-term use.
